Great question! This is the one that we get asked the most.

You get 10% of the total project value for every job we collaboratively close. It’s that simple.

We work very hard to make sure you get the full 10% of the project value.

Sometimes in order to close an opportunity, however, we will both need to tighten our belts a little bit and reduce the profit margin.

WE WILL NEVER DO THIS WITHOUT TALKING TO YOU FIRST!

We believe in transparency and honesty. If we feel that a particular project requires us to sharpen our pencils we will reach out, explain why, and work together to come up with a solution that is as mutually beneficial as possible.

The lowest it would ever go would be 5% of the total project value. Once again though, we work very hard to try and keep this from happening.

We process all payments at the end of each month. Once we receive payment from the client you will be put in line for the next payment cycle.

If we receive payment within 5 business days before the payment cycle, it will be pushed to the next month. We do this to make sure that everything is processed correctly.

Yes.

It’s important that we are able to reach out to the client directly to confirm the requirements for their systems, ask for additional information, setup virtual or in-person site walks, send invoices etc.

Don’t worry though, we’ll keep you fully in the loop and CC you on all emails between us and the client.

We will never steal one of your clients. We state that very clearly in our partnership agreement and will stick to that.

While we don’t require you to collect any of this information, it is always helpful to have from the very beginning.

Some of the things we appreciate getting from you are:

• A brief narrative on what the client wants and how they want their systems to operate.
• Floor plans of the spaces where we will be integrating the low voltage systems.
• Photos of the spaces where we will be integrating the low voltage systems.

These are just a few items that we would love for you to collect. We have a checklist of items that we can provide to you in order to make asking these questions easy and painless.
